1. Introduction

declutr.in is a website and service platform ("Service", "Website" or "Platform") operated by M/s ALNAIR ANALYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Us", "We", "Our" or "Company"), a company registered under Companies Act, 2013 located at Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The Service is also accessible via our Telegram bot (@DeclutrBot) and API (api.declutr.in).

This User Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms") under which You are acquiring permission from Company to use the Service. If You do not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service shall apply to all visitors, users and customers ("You" or "Your") who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement from time to time at our discretion, and we will ensure that the most recent version is always published on the website. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions.

BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR SIGNING IN, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT AND TO COMPLY WITH THE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND RULES OF ANY APPLICABLE GOVERNMENTAL OR REGULATORY AUTHORITY ("APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS").

2. Definitions

  • "Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the subject entity.
  • "Agreement" means this document, outlining the terms under which You use our Service.
  • "Account" means an account with Us for use of Our Service.
  • "API Key" means the unique authentication key provided to You for accessing Declutr services.
  • "Customer" or "Client" means the individual or entity entering into this Agreement to receive the Service from Company.
  • "Intellectual Property" includes ideas, concepts, creations, discoveries, domain names, inventions, improvements, know-how, trade or business secrets; patents, copyright, trademarks, service marks, designs, algorithms, and other proprietary techniques.
  • "Personal Information" or "Personal Data" means information that identifies You as a specific entity or individual.
  • "Platform" means Website, Telegram bot, or API through which Company makes the Service available.
  • "Subscription" means the subscription taken by the User for the Services offered by the Company.
  • "User" or "Users" means visitor or Customer.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian Contracts Act, 1872 to register with Us.
  • You are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.
  • You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email, password, and API Key. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • When You create an Account, You must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in termination of Your Account.
  • Your email address is your primary identifier on the Platform. Keep it up to date.
  • One Customer can create only one Account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Eligibility for Signup and Subscription

  • All users must be above the age of 18.
  • Account registration indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.
  • Persons barred from receiving and rendering services under Indian law shall not apply for an Account.
  • False profile information will result in termination of any Account.

5. Use of Services

  • Our Service is intended for your own information and educational purposes only.
  • We cannot guarantee that our Service will be successful for you, neither are we obliged to provide our Service to you.
  • Our Service is based on current public information. We have no control over this information and it may contain inaccuracies.
  • Content and information may not be timely or correct, and will change without notice.
  • We expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracies, service failures or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • The Service is not investment advice and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions. You should obtain independent financial, accounting, tax advice as needed.
  • We reserve the right to change any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Payment

We enable online payment through Razorpay for Subscription of Services. The following payment modes are available:

  • Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Debit Cards: Major Indian banks
  • UPI and Net Banking
  • Other methods as may be introduced

Unsuccessful Payments

If your payment method is declined, the Company may cancel any applicable transaction, fulfill a portion, or debit alternative payment methods provided by you.

7. Service Delivery (Shipping and Delivery)

Declutr is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical products are shipped or delivered. All services are delivered digitally through:

Activation Timeline

  • Instant Activation: Your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • API Key Delivery: Your unique API key is generated and displayed in your dashboard instantly.
  • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address within minutes.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services to interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect other users
  • Use our Services for illegal activities including gambling, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities
  • Use robots, spiders, or automated means not provided by us to extract data
  • Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent our controls or technology
  • Develop third-party applications that interact with our Services without written consent
  • Share your API Key publicly or with unauthorized parties
  • Encourage others to engage in prohibited activities

9. Availability of Services

We will do best efforts to keep the Platform operational at all times except for maintenance interruptions. Under Force Majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.), we shall be excused from obligations until such events persist.

10. Termination

  • We may terminate Your access temporarily or permanently if You violate these Terms or applicable laws, or are insolvent or bankrupt.
  • On termination, all access granted shall be immediately terminated.
  • Provisions regarding ownership, warranties, indemnity, and liability shall survive termination.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment Options

We offer two payment options for paid plans:

  • One-Time Payment: Pay for a single billing period (30 days). Your access expires at the end of the period with no automatic charges. To continue using paid features, you must manually purchase again.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: All Services are non-refundable. Carefully consider whether our Services meet your needs before subscribing.

Cancellation (Auto-Renewal Plans Only)

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your auto-renewal from your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@declutr.in.
  • Post-Cancellation Access: After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time by purchasing the new plan. Your new plan becomes active immediately upon successful payment.
  • Downgrades: Plan changes are subject to a 24-hour cooldown period. If your current month's usage exceeds the api limit of the lower plan, you must wait until your usage resets with the next billing cycle.

Plan Expiry

When your paid plan expires—whether from a one-time payment reaching its end date or a cancelled auto-renewal completing its final billing period—your access to paid features will be suspended. Your plan details are preserved, and you can renew anytime to restore access.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Company and Our Affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from: (i) breach of this Agreement; (ii) violation of these Terms; (iii) violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

The domain name "declutr.in" and Platform is controlled by the Company. All original content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software code, and data compilations, is the property of the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

15. Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform and products are offered on an "As is" and "As available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
